The QAI Mark
Products certified as compliant with the National Organic Program, Mexico Organic Products Law Standard, Canadian Organic Regime and EU organic standards by QAI may bear the widely recognized QAI Certified Organic mark. We also offer this mark as a bilingual version in English/French. Use of this mark is optional. Learn to use the QAI Certified Organic mark correctly.
The USDA Organic Seal
Products certified to the USDA National Organic Program may use the USDA Organic mark if they are raw agricultural material or contain at least 95 percent organic content. Use of this mark is optional.
Mexico Organic Mark
The Orgánico SAGARPA México mark may be used on products sold in the Mexican marketplace making the “organic” claim.
Canadian Organic Mark
Products that have been certified to the Canadian Organic Regime and have 95 percent or more organic content may use the Canada Organic mark. Imported products must meet the requirements of the Canada Organic Regime. Should imported products bear the Canada Organic mark, the statement "Product of", immediately preceding the name of the country of origin, or the statement "Imported from", must appear in close proximity to the mark or the designations. Use of the Canada Organic mark is voluntary.
Euro Leaf Mark
The Euro leaf mark may be used by companies certified to European organic standards. While the mark is mandatory for prepackaged food made in the European Union, it is optional for operators based outside of the EU. If you choose to use the European leaf mark, it must be placed on the product, with the certifier code number and origin of the raw ingredients in the same visual field as the mark. Please visit the European Commission EU Organic Logo web page to learn more.
NSF/ANSI 305 Mark
The NSF/ANSI 305 mark may be used on organic personal care products certified by QAI. Products with a minimum organic content of 70 percent that meet the requirements can make the organic label and marketing claim of "contains organic ingredients."
The QAI Certified Transitional mark may be used on products made using at least 51 percent certified transitional ingredients by weight (excluding water and salt). We also offer this mark as a bilingual version in English/French.
